Marketing Manager - Legacies*

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an unlimited contract duration. Employment location can be either Bonn or Berlin, Germany.

Welthungerhilfe has been successfully fighting hunger and poverty for years. In order to achieve our mission of #ZeroHunger by 2030, we would like to further expand our legacy fundraising. This is where you come in! As Marketing Manager - Legacies, you will have the unique opportunity to play a central role in this growing area. You will help us reorganize our legacy fundraising, tailor our communications to specific audiences and develop a strong network of supporters. Your contribution will directly fund our projects and help us achieve our vision.

Your responsibilities

• Campaign management: You will plan, manage and coordinate innovative campaigns to attract new interested parties. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers.
• Creation of materials: You will create new, targeted and creative information materials by briefing, coordinating and managing our creative agencies.
• Design the supporter journey: You develop and optimize the supporter journey of our supporters through targeted touchpoints across all media channels and ensure sustainable and binding support.
• Organization of information events: You plan and organize events for (potential) testators to inform them about our offer and recruit them as supporters.
• CRM and data management: You will maintain data management and continuously optimise all CRM processes (e.g. in SalesForce) to strengthen the relationship with our supporters.

Your profile

• You have a university/college degree or equivalent qualification - what is important to us is your passion and experience.
• You have already gained several years of experience in marketing, sales (key account management) or fundraising - great if you have worked in foundations, agencies or non-profit organizations.
• Experience with CRM and data management tools (e.g. SalesForce) is an advantage for you.
• You have a talent for data analysis and can manage complex processes efficiently.
• You take responsibility and work independently.
• You actively contribute and are a reliable support for your colleagues.
• Very good German and good written and spoken English come naturally to you.
