Pilot People Encouraging People to its next landing place as the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer, adding exciting destinations to its 45- year journey as an ever responsive, integrated healthcare entity in the Baltimore- Washington corridor.

We are person-centered and industry savvy. Business and family focused. We are humble and sophisticated. Very diverse and united in mission. We believe that poverty, homelessness and

incarceration cannot coexist with good health.

Our 501 c 3 corporation provides value-based services that are life-transforming for traditionally underserved, trauma infused communities where complex social, medical and behavioral issues often result in extreme poverty, homelessness, psychiatric illness, addiction and incarceration. Some people experience them all and we love and respect them for their incredible resilience. We have high expectations of and for them to demonstrate this respect, and support each person in the manner that best ensures their recovery, health and life choices. Our responsibility is to support these healthy neighbors to build healthy communities.

Our Assertive Community Treatment, Engagement and Outreach Services, Targeted Case Management, Treatment and Rehabilitation Services, and Supported and Affordable Housing touch over 4000 individuals each year.
