We are looking for an early-career rockstar who is energized by developing and managing processes, enjoys data management, and shines in logistics and events/meeting planning. This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Development & Communications and closely support MCE’s CEO and Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO).

The Business Development & Communications Analyst will provide critical behind-the-scenes support that enables a seamless experience for MCE’s Guarantors, donors and investors. A successful candidate will also be key in developing communication on our impact for external audiences, such as through MCE’s marketing materials, website and slide decks.

You will excel in this role if you are interested in growing your experience on the people and the process sides of business development, and are eager to gain exposure to a dynamic group of senior staff and a diverse set of impact investing stakeholders. This is an incredible opportunity for someone poised to learn and grow with an organization doing impactful work across the globe – with a lean and mighty team of intelligent, thoughtful and inspiring colleagues!
