    Position Overview:

    This role involves managing and enhancing our social media presence to effectively communicate our mission, engage with our audience, and amplify our advocacy efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with organizational goals and campaigns. Create and curate engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and supportive online community by engaging with followers, supporters, and stakeholders.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to raise awareness of our legal initiatives, events, and advocacy efforts.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify new opportunities to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content adheres to the organization’s brand guidelines and messaging standards. Maintain a consistent and authentic voice across all platforms.
    • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with other team members to support multimedia projects, including videos, graphics, and live events. Assist in the creation of promotional materials for online campaigns.
