    REPORTS TO: Prevention Growth Strategy and Operations Manager

    STATUS: Full-time (40 hours/week)

    SALARY $60,000-$63,000 annually

    LOCATION: Houston, TX (Hybrid ~2-3 regular weekly office days with additional days as needed)

    TRAVEL: Local travel throughout Greater Houston and 1-2 domestic trips a year

    OVERVIEW: The Love146 Prevention Education Operations Lead will work in close collaboration with the Prevention Growth Strategy and Operations Manager, manage semester interns, and collaborate with all other team members to execute a comprehensive strategy for Love146’s prevention initiatives in the United States. This role is a point of contact for many of the prevention team’s relationships and oversees the management of key operational processes such as invoicing, scheduling trainings, and office management. The Prevention Program Coordinator has a broad understanding of Love146’s prevention program and the Not a Number curriculum in order to field numerous and varied inquiries while at the same time having a highly organized approach to ensure successful completion of responsibilities.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Program Operational Development, Monitoring, and Evaluation

    • In collaboration with the Prevention Operations Manager and others, assist in developing program strategies that support successful pursuit of identified program goals
    • In collaboration with the Prevention Operations Manager, have a comprehensive understanding of programmatic goals and timelines.
    • Work innovatively to identify and develop new and improved operational processes for the prevention program, ie: data tracking, portal innovation, and speaking into financial processes
    • Support and contribute to the coordination and/or production of program-related documentation and written materials relating to specific projects/programs

    Program Coordination

    • Answer and direct all incoming communications (e.g., phone and email), discerning how to appropriately field requests for information and training
    • Coordinating logistics for presentations, trainings, and conference attendance
    • Represent Love146 at conferences and other external events either presenting and/or exhibiting
    • Coordinate with the Finance team to initiate and successfully close invoices
    • Coordinate with the Database Specialist and Technology Contractor to identify opportunities to improve the program’s use of technology (e.g., web portal, Salesforce, DropboxSign)
    • Additional program coordination support, as needed

    Training and Technical Assistance

    • Serve as first point of contact for requests related to Not a Number training and technical assistance
    • Engage with potential candidates for curriculum trainings: evaluate inquiries, inform candidates of training requirements, and coordinate with appropriate prevention staff
    • Manage contacts (facilitators) and accounts in Not a Number salesforce cloud experience
    • Track/manage the recertification process for facilitators and communicate with individual facilitators as appropriate
    • Work in conjunction with Prevention Growth Strategy and Operations Manager to communicate with agencies hosting trainings and ensure all resources are in place
    • Coordinate licensing and logistics for Not a Number Facilitator Certification Trainings
    • Communicate with agencies and individuals attending training to ensure all paperwork, payment, and details for the training are handled
    • Coordinate invoices and payments in conjunction with the finance team
    • Assist in logistical Training of Trainers activities; e.g. shipping, licensing, and invoices
    • Provide technical assistance and support Prevention Advisory Specialist on quarterly webinars, as needed

    Reporting and Team Interaction

    • Provide regular updates to the team members as appropriate
    • Work to secure and facilitate the distribution of programmatic supplies
    • Collaborate with Prevention Program Manager to recruit and provide supervision to prevention education interns, as appropriate
    • Complete data tracking and reporting using excel, Salesforce and Not a Number web portal
    • Assist with producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required by the program
    • Provide input on Love146’s prevention strategy and growth needs

    Professional Development

    • Engage with and participate in internal DEI committees
    • Maintain a strong understanding of human trafficking in the United States

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, Public Health, business or a related field, or work experience equivalent to the position
    • Two to four years experience providing programmatic support in a nonprofit preferred
    • Two to four years experience in project management and/or program administration
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Additional experience managing intern and/or volunteer programs preferred
    • Demonstrated diplomacy and maturity in cross-cultural interactions
