Mentoring Through Athletics (MTA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Greater Washington DC region. For ten years, MTA has been utilizing organized athletics and team-building activities to help youth in low- and middle-income communities develop confidence and positive self-esteem. Through a variety of programs and athletic leagues, we not only teach children a full range of life skills, we bring families together and foster community pride. Our work has grown steadily over the years, and we are preparing for substantial growth in the coming year, as demand for our work is growing in every county in the region.

    • Support and engage in social media efforts
    • Engage in networking opportunities to increase MTA's visibility in the region.
