    Position Overview

Join our compassionate and dedicated team to provide meaningful, trauma-informed support to youth and young adults impacted by sexual exploitation and trafficking. You’ll deliver individual, family, and group therapy to guide clients through their healing journey. Your role will also include conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments and creating personalized treatment plans that foster growth and resilience.

In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—working closely with DHS, parole/probation, schools, and community partners—you'll help provide holistic support for the individuals you serve. You’ll also offer some case management services to ensure clients can access vital resources and meet their basic needs.

    Why Join Us?

    • Flexible Schedule:

Full-time, 40-hour week with flexibility to meet the needs of the youth and program. While hours are typically Monday through Friday (9 AM - 5 PM), your schedule can adapt to better serve clients. Every 6 weeks, you’ll rotate after-hours coverage for Anisa’s Place, our therapeutic housing program.

    • Dynamic Work Environment:

Sessions take place where clients feel most comfortable—whether it’s in their home, at a coffee shop, or other safe community locations. Expect to spend time out in the community, building trust and creating change in meaningful spaces.

    • Therapeutic Housing Support:

Anisa's Place is an important aspect of our services, and you'll play a key role in supporting the young residents as part of their long-term healing process.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Licensed & Compassionate:

You’re either licensed or eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a professional counselor, social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist. Associates and QMHP's are also welcomed to apply.

    • Experienced Clinician

: You bring 2-3 years of experience working with adolescents and families, along with expertise in a variety of clinical interventions and mental health assessments.

    • Trauma-Informed:

You have a deep understanding of the effects of complex trauma and sexual abuse, and you’re dedicated to providing empathetic, person-centered care to high-risk, disadvantaged youth.

    • Collaborative & Community-Oriented:

You thrive in a team environment and understand the importance of working alongside community partners to ensure holistic care.

    • Animal-Assisted Therapy:

You enjoy spending time with therapy goats as part of our innovative approach to client care.

    Requirements:

    • Must pass a background check and DMV driving record check (with no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years). Reliable transportation and current insurance are required.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver culturally-competent services to diverse populations.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

    Benefits:

    • 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
    • Generous Vacation & Sick Leave
    • Matching Retirement after 1 Year of Employment
    • Paid Holidays
    • Free On-Site Meals
    • Stipend for Licensure Supervision
    • Starting salary: $32/hour

If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a team dedicated to healing and empowering young people, we’d love to meet you!
