    Descripción

    Office Administrator

    Provide technical administrative support for the non-profit board and oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the club.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous office administration experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-starter and self-learner
    • Experience with: MS Office 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace Admin, Canva, WordPress, social media platforms, and Digital TV Signage apps

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical administrative support for the board
    • Update the website calendar
    • Perform minor updates to the website
    • Monitor and respond to incoming mail, email and phone calls
    • Maintain donation records from meetings
    • Be the club’s liaison by welcoming newcomers, answering questions, supporting club functions and encouraging volunteer participation

    Established in 2018, the Boulder Alano Club 501(c)(3) is a space for recovery that feels like home. A facility that serves the Boulder recovery community through support, outreach, social interaction, and an accepting alcohol & drug free gathering place for all seeking renewal through recovery. BAC provides a clean, safe environment for meetings; as well as social and recreational activities for recovering individuals and their families.
