Finance and Development Lead

Escuela Adelante seeks a creative, mission driven individual to help our small school grow. We seek a talented individual to manage our financial and administration division. This person will help us help us achieve our long-term goals, including by clarifying financial strategy, developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising and donor management approach, including by growing our revenue generating programs, managing social media and other marketing communications, and working with our leadership team to prioritize goals and spending against our mission. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, creative, and able to successfully navigate opportunities in both English and Spanish. Leadership and management experience a plus. Some background in administration and accounting required.
