Position Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications is responsible for crafting compelling content and supporting communication strategies across various platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the Museum’s brand narrative and driving strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in content creation, graphic design, and strategic marketing, with a proven track record of ensuring that messaging is not only cohesive but also resonates effectively with target audiences.
The Museum uses Altru, WordFly, and Xtrulink for hosting its constituent relations (CRM), event calendar, tickets and email creation; and WordPress for the Museum’s website (nbm.org). Experience with these platforms is strongly preferred.
