I Heart My Home CT serves as a customer advocate for residents to achieve their home energy and comfort goals and access the resources to do so. By utilizing a holistic, customer-centric, data-driven approach, we transform the Connecticut energy system, from policy making, to resource allocation, to grid security and resilience: household by household, community by community. As “energy concierge” pioneers, our team has a rich network to share, spanning residential services, energy and environmental policy, and clean tech startups.
Our AmeriCorp member will assess, build, and deploy data management systems and solutions for scaling service to 10,000+ residents. Working knowledge in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Airtable and Asana is valuable. Skills delivering cross-platform integrations, custom Python and XML scripting, workflow automation, Agile sprint practices, and data quality control are key assets. Starting 4/7/25 and ending 4/6/26, this role can renew for multiple years.
