ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Partnership Manager will oversee a caseload of 15-20 full-time college advisers and facilitate the program’s relationship with the respective partner high schools. These schools and advisers are geographically dispersed throughout the state. Partnership Managers are responsible for ensuring advisers adhere to AmeriCorps and program policies and expectations, are integrating a college-going culture into the community and school, and are successfully supporting priority Michigan students to explore postsecondary options and enroll in postsecondary education. The goal of the Partnership Manager role is to leverage national service as a strategy to result in more students of color, students from low-income backgrounds, and first-generation college-going students achieving college attainment to move Michigan closer to Sixty by 30 and close equity gaps in educational attainment. Partnership Managers also ensure that site supervisors and other school partners understand the program and are meeting program requirements and expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Partnership Manager performs a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, the following:
Site Support and Partnership: Facilitate new strategies and ideas, via the adviser, for AdviseMI partner high schools to increase student outcomes in college access
Data-Informed Strategy: Employ a data-informed approach to promote impact.
Accountability: Ensure advisers, supervisors and sites are adhering to AmeriCorps and program policies and expectations.
Serve as a contributing member of the MCAN team

Salary: $72, 010
At MCAN we have a progressive Compensation Policy rooted in pay equity. Per a compensation analysis of this job description, we offer the target market wage for the role up front. We do not negotiate salaries nor use the levers of traditional compensation policies to determine offer salaries.
