Position Overview: The Real Estate Project Manager works with the Real Estate Development staff to implement the CBCLT Real Estate Development Strategy. Working closely and collegially with organizational leadership and other team members, the Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management of innovative and complex real estate development projects throughout predevelopment and development.

This is a full-time exempt position and reports to the Director of Real Estate. The salary range is $55,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
