The Office of the New York State Attorney General’s (OAG) Investor Protection Bureau (IPB), located in New York City, is seeking an experienced attorney to lead and pursue complex investigations and litigation using the Martin Act and other laws. IPB protects the public from fraud and misrepresentation in the offering and sale of securities, commodities, franchises, and other investment products.
