    Description

    GreenBox Growers are at the forefront of transforming residential landscapes into thriving, regenerative ecosystems that support biodiversity, enhance soil health, and improve water conservation. They work closely with homeowners to install and maintain beautiful, functional, and sustainable yards that enrich the local environment. The Grower position combines expertise in ecological landscaping with excellent Member service skills to ensure Member satisfaction and the long-term success of their regenerative spaces.

    Key responsibilities

    Member Service Excellence:

    1. Build strong, trusting relationships with GreenBox Members by understanding their needs, offering customized solutions, and delivering exceptional service at every step of the process.
    2. Proactively communicate timelines, project updates, and maintenance schedules to ensure Member expectations are met.
    3. Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise with professionalism and a Member-first mindset, striving to exceed Member expectations.

    Landscape Maintenance & Regeneration:

    1. Maintain healthy, biodiverse ecosystems by managing soil health, implementing natural pest control, and fostering pollinator-friendly environments.
    2. Perform regular yard maintenance tasks, including pruning, mulching, weeding, and composting, while ensuring minimal disruption to the natural ecosystem.
    3. Monitor and improve landscape health through adaptive management, soil testing, and amendments as needed.

    Ecosystem Design & Installation:

    1. Collaborate with Members and the internal GreenBox Design Team to assess their landscape needs and goals.
    2. Develop and implement regenerative landscaping plans that emphasize native plants, permaculture principles, and water conservation techniques.
    3. Install sustainable elements such as rain gardens, edible gardens, compost systems, and pollinator habitats.

    Member Education & Communication:

    1. Provide expert guidance to Members on maintaining their regenerative landscapes, including plant care, irrigation management, and eco-friendly practices.
    2. Educate Members on the benefits of regenerative landscaping, including ecosystem services such as water retention, carbon sequestration, and habitat creation.
    3. Offer clear, ongoing communication to address Member questions, feedback, or concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Sustainability Leadership & Innovation:

    1. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in regenerative landscaping, sustainability, and ecosystem restoration.
    2. Experiment with and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance landscape health, increase biodiversity, and reduce the carbon footprint of projects.
    3. Advocate for sustainable living by helping Members understand the broader environmental impact of their landscapes.

    Job Requirements

    1. At least 2 years of horticulture or permaculture experience, or similar.
    2. Able to lift 50 lbs.
    3. Reliable transportation with ability to transport tools and equipment.
