Mockingbird Therapy was founded as an act of kindness, hope, and rebellion. We are a feminist mental health practice founded to foster collaborative, community-driven, and sustainable approaches to healing and liberation for survivors of stress, trauma and oppression.
Your Role
You’ll help us build trust and community, craft aligned messages, streamline processes, and protect my time so that we can better reach and serve survivors and cycle-breakers.
We are looking for a values-aligned, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person who thrives in collaborative and impact-led workspaces. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, knowledge of marketing and strategy, and strengths in social media and audience building.

💰 Starting at $25-$27/hour (based on experience)
⏳15-20 hours per week to start
📆 Flexible scheduling & collaborative work culture
🏠 Fully remote
If we find a good fit, this person will have the opportunity to expand their role to full time with benefits (retirement, health insurance, PTO, etc.).
