The Role

As our Marketing Strategist & Community Builder, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that promote both our personal growth and leadership programs. You will:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create impactful campaigns that inspire and connect with our audience, driving growth for programs, events, and offerings.
• Lead Paid and Organic Growth: Oversee paid ads and organic marketing efforts to ensure reach, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Engage Directly with the Community: Build relationships within our community, fostering connection and growth through personal interactions and meaningful content.
• Promote Events: Strategically market programs like the 21-Day Evolutionary Process and Leadership Training Programs, ensuring seamless coordination and registration growth.
• Embody Our Values: Infuse your work with our mission of consciousness, evolution, and self-mastery. Your own growth journey is part of the role.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is deeply aligned with our mission of empowering self-mastery and higher consciousness.

• Has experience in marketing and community building, with a track record of successful campaigns and growing engaged audiences.
• Highly focussed on hands-on execution while also contributing to strategy.
• Is skilled in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram) and organic growth strategies (content marketing, social media, email).
• Demonstrates self-leadership, independence, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects.
• Actively practices spiritual or self-growth tools, understanding the importance of energetic vibration in conscious work. Open and Excited to learn new tools for rapid evolution and freedom from the ego.
• Is creative, emotionally intelligent, self-aware, open to feedback and thrives in a remote work environment with a mission-driven team.
• Is fluent in English with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Bonus points if you are energy sensitive and/or mystical.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Development:
   • Design and lead multi-channel strategies to promote both personal growth and leadership programs.
   • Identify and connect with target audiences across digital platforms.
2. Content Curation & Engagement:
   • Work with the team subject matter experts to produce inspiring content for blogs, emails, social media, and ad campaigns.
   • Foster authentic engagement within our community through meaningful conversations and value-driven content.
3. Event Marketing & Coordination:
   • Strategically promote live events, ensuring strong attendance and seamless follow-ups.
   • Oversee event marketing logistics, including email campaigns, registration tracking, and automation.
4. Community Growth:
   • Build and nurture an engaged community of purpose-driven individuals.
   • Launch initiatives that inspire connection and collaboration within our audience.
5. Measurement & Optimization:
   • Track metrics like community growth, engagement, and revenue performance to ensure strategies align with organizational goals.
   • Use data insights to continuously refine and improve marketing efforts.
