Fundraising Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Avalon Consulting Group, a full-service fundraising consulting agency, you'll work with mission-driven organizations to help them meet their financial goals through strategic direct marketing fundraising campaigns. What You'll Do with Us:

• Manage all aspects of direct mail, telemarketing, and e-fundraising campaigns, from copywriting and design to production and list management.
• Collaborate with senior team members on program strategy, budgets, creative direction, and overall campaign development.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for your clients.
• Manage and update budgets, costs, and reports for fundraising projects.
• Analyze response data and write final campaign reports.
• Draft client reports and presentations.

What We Need:

We're looking for someone who has at least three (3) years of experience in direct response non-profit fundraising. If you're an expert in Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and you have a proven track record of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease, you could be exactly who we need!

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
