POSITION
The FP&A Manager plays an integral role in driving the foundation’s financial strategy and operational planning. This position leads the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring the effective allocation and stewardship of financial resources. The FP&A Manager aligns financial operations with the foundation’s mission to foster a more creative, equitable and sustainable future, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Financial Planning: Drive financial planning processes to support the foundation’s strategic initiatives and long-term goals.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through robust analysis and reporting.
Grantmaking and Operational Support: Provide financial expertise to ensure effective grantmaking and operational sustainability.
Process Improvement and Systems: Advance financial processes to enable real-time data access and seamless integration across programs, centers and administrative functions.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure alignment with accounting standards and organizational accountability.
