Why do we need a Senior Vice President of Administration?
WorkMoney is a young, vibrant, growing organization. As we grow, we are investing in the internal infrastructure needed to foster a productive, supported and equity-centered workforce over the long-term. We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Administration to be the right hand to our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to partner on building new operations and people systems while attending to the daily needs of our staff community. We are a fast-paced start-up and are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage competing demands, collaborate to achieve results and independently lead with confidence and integrity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hungry to build best-in-class systems and practices, foster a thriving and supported staff community and shepherd a transformational organization through its own internal change.
Working in close partnership with the CAO, the SVP of Administration will build the team and design and implement the systems, culture, and strategies that will best serve our staff community. These responsibilities will include:

The salary range for this role is $225,000-$245,000 annually and as part of our commitment to pay transparency and equity in our organization, the salary for this position is not negotiable.
