edCount, LLC is a woman-owned, small business founded in 2003 by Ellen Forte, Ph.D. edCount is dedicated to working with states, school districts, and other agencies to develop high quality standards, assessments, and accountability systems that enable our clients to better serve all students. edCount offers clients a full range of services including, policy development support, program evaluation, curriculum and professional development services, assessment review including validity, alignment, and standard setting studies, and technical assistance and dissemination support.
