The Opportunity

End Time Harvest Ministries is seeking an Academic Success Coach (ASC) who will bring exceptional leadership and strong understanding of youth development, education, and workforce development sectors. This person brings a deep sense of commitment to young people. The Academic Success Coach develops academic and career plans with each student to ensure students successfully graduating on time with a 3.0 GPA or above. This dynamic leader will oversee student admissions into ETHM’s Pathways to Career Success (PTCS) program.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Success Program Operations:

• Provide academic coaching to all cohorts of students and ensure that each student successfully achieve their individual college and career development plan.
• Engage with school personnel to advocate and address the needs of ETHM students attending assigned high school.
• Monitor students grades quarterly and hold academic success intervention meetings with students and their families who are not meeting the expectations.
• Ensure case notes are entered weekly for each student to record their progress towards achieving their goals.
• Coordinate college tours and college development sessions annually (at least three per year).
• Develop partnerships with local colleges and universities to ensure students have access to college.
• Manage and track student academic data and enter data into the organizational system.
• Manage year-end graduation ceremony for students and their families.
• Ensure all programmatic and funder goals are achieved within the required timeframe.

Administrative:

• Capture data for programs and operations and input and track data in assigned system to ensure compliance with expected outcomes and results.
• Identify achievements and areas of concern with recommended solutions for issue areas.
• Maintain a calendar of events and outreach and implementation plans to ensure effective execution of activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Management, Human Resources/Organizational Development,
• Nonprofit Management or related field, from an accredited institution.
• Has mastery of diverse communication platforms, i.e., Zoom, Go to Meeting, Survey Monkey.
• 3 to 5 years youth development, education, and/or nonprofit management experience.
• Skilled curriculum developer and implementer.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with little or no supervision.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have reliable transportation
• Fluency in Spanish, highly desired.
• Some evenings/weekend work required.
