PT Marketing Manager for Org Development & DEI Consultant - LinkedIn/Newsletters/Content & Blog writing/Social Media/Canva

I am seeking a creative, well-written, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support my one-woman DEI and Organizational Development firm.

As the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to promote our consulting services, grow our clientele, and elevate our brand presence. You’ll be directly involved in curating and coordinating content for our **Restorative Leader Watchlist**, including organizing quarterly invites, themes, interview questions, and fireside chat topics.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Executing LinkedIn marketing plans for B2B relationship development and brand growth.
2. Creating engaging content for YouTube, LinkedIn, the website, blog, and other social media channels to increase brand awareness and attract new business relationships.
3. Designing a quarterly newsletter to showcase our work, accomplishments, and insights in DEI and organizational development.
4. Overseeing the Restorative Leader Watchlist, including coordinating quarterly invites, curating themes, drafting interview questions, and selecting topics for virtual fireside chats.
5. Creating and maintaining marketing systems on platforms such as Wix, including managing our website, the quarterly Leader Watchlist, and various marketing campaigns.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and community organizations to expand our outreach and collaboration efforts.
7. Designing visual content using Canva or similar tools for social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
