Community Outreach Representative Greater Baltimore Area

Rosales Communications, a Philadelphia-based outreach and communications firm, is expanding our work to the Baltimore Area! We’re looking for responsible, community-oriented individuals in the Baltimore area to help staff outreach tables at local events related to energy efficiency, environmental justice, Social Justice and housing resources.

This is a part-time, contract-based position with a flexible schedule—ideal as a side gig. Events are scheduled a few weeks in advance, and you choose which ones to work. We operate remotely, so you must be able to manage logistics independently and communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff informational tables at local events in and around Baltimore
• Pick up outreach materials from a local storage space prior to the event
• Set up and break down event displays and return materials afterward
• Engage attendees, distribute educational materials, and collect basic info
• Represent Rosales Communications professionally in the community

Who You Are:

• Reliable and self-motivated — able to manage materials and represent the team without direct supervision
• Comfortable speaking with the public and enthusiastic about outreach work
• Able to safely handle equipment and transport display materials
• Possess a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
• Have strong local knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods and transportation
• Passionate about energy, environmental, or housing equity issues
• Bilingual preferred
• Available during the day, nights or weekends
