    Descripción

Waxman Strategies, a mission-driven policy and communications firm, seeks to hire an entrepreneurial leader to lead and build a new technology and telecommunications practice.

Guided by a Commitment to Advancing Outcomes that Matter

Building on the powerful legacy of former Congressman Henry Waxman who helms the firm, we are driven by an uncompromising commitment to create and sustain change in the public interest. Only taking on projects that interest and inspire us, we use advocacy, communications, and campaigns to shape policies, advance causes, and build movements.

Waxman Strategies works primarily on health and environmental issues. Our health care work is based on the belief that health care is a human right and thus work tirelessly with clients who share our vision. These clients include foundations, advocacy organizations, and health care providers aiming to develop and promote policies to achieve access to quality, affordable care and equitable health outcomes. Our work in the environment space is focused on driving the transformation change necessary to protect our planet and all who inhabit it. We work with leading NGOs and clean energy technology providers to develop and implement pragmatic policy solutions on a range of important issues including electrifying our vehicles and homes, pursuing environmental justice, regulating and cleaning up toxic pollutants, and removing carbon from the atmosphere.
