Volunteer Event Photographer Needed – Capture Moments of Impact!

About the Event: CoachArt is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free arts and athletics lessons to children impacted by chronic illness. Our mission is to bring joy, creativity, and confidence to these children and their families through engaging, personalized programs. The evening will include a cocktail reception from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, followed by a 30-minute program. Our guest count will be just under 200, and this is a critical night to support our mission and showcase the joy and resilience of our CoachArt families.

Volunteer Role:

We are seeking a volunteer photographer to help us capture the special moments of the evening. Your focus will be on candid shots throughout the reception, the program highlights, and capturing guests at our step-and-repeat photo area. This is a wonderful opportunity for a photographer to gain event experience, meet inspiring community members, and be part of a meaningful cause.

Responsibilities:

• Capture candid moments and interactions during the cocktail reception and program.
• Take formal photos of guests at the step-and-repeat.
• Provide CoachArt with high-resolution images of the event.

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable with event photography and capturing candid and posed shots.
• Able to commit to the full timeframe from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Passionate about giving back to the community and supporting youth in need.
