We need YOU to be a part of something truly special this holiday season! The Magic at the Mill celebration is back—and this year, we’re cranking up the fun and festivities! Join us at the Willamette Heritage Center for Magic at the Mill - Connecting Cultures, Connecting Generations at the new dates in 2024! This beloved holiday tradition has been lighting up Salem since 1999, and we can’t do it without incredible volunteers like you.
📅 NEW Event Dates: November 29 - December 2
⏰ Times: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM (rain or shine!)
We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year’s event unforgettable—and we’ve got a range of exciting roles to match all interests! Here’s a peek at some of the fun positions:
- 🎟️Visitor Counter: Greet guests, hand out maps, and set the tone for an amazing experience!
- 🧝Santa Elf: Bring joy to kids in line to meet Santa—keep them entertained and the line moving!
- ✂️ Education Helper: Lead kids through fun crafts and help create magical moments.
- 🚪Warehouse Greeter: Guide visitors, make sure they know where to go, and ensure everything’s running like a well-oiled machine!
- 🚗Safety Attendant: Help guests find parking spots and direct them to overflow lots—be the hero of the night!
- 🌟And So Much More!
Whether you’re a first-time volunteer or a seasoned pro, there’s a place for YOU to make a difference at Magic at the Mill!
