    Volunteer to support people with disabilities!

    • Learn about horses & adaptive equestrian sports
    • Become an ally for accessibility
    • Enjoy an active & social volunteer experience on a beautiful horse farm

    Lesson Facilitators are needed to help participants with disabilities by either walking with them during mounted lessons or assisting them with unmounted equestrian activities!

    Your volunteer experience at TRI is limitless. Start off as a Lesson Facilitator, and take advantage of our many training opportunities to learn new skills in progressive volunteer roles.

    What you can expect from us:

    1. A commitment to safety-through volunteer education and training
    2. Clear expectations-you’ll know your volunteer roles and responsibilities
    3. Meaningful connections-our participants and volunteers make great teams!
    4. Endless opportunities to learn-you’ll discover something new in each lesson.

    What we expect from you:

    1. A regular weekly commitment-just 2-3 hours of your time each week makes our mission possible.
    2. A fun & flexible outlook-adaptation is at the center of what we do. Your positive attitude and energy makes a supportive environment for all.

    Multiple Volunteer Shifts Are Available:

    • Monday-Friday afternoons & evenings
    • Saturday mornings
