    Description

    • Assist with setting up and breaking down stage equipment, instruments, and technical gear to ensure smooth transitions between performances.
    • Provide logistical support to stage managers, sound engineers, and lighting teams, helping with errands, communication, and on-the-spot problem-solving.
    • Assist in building and assembling decorative elements for stages, including props, backdrops, and lighting fixtures.
    • Ensure all materials and decorations are safe, functional, and properly secured before performances begin.
