Help support our mission by volunteering at one of our Habitat ReStore locations in downtown Wilmington, Monkey Junction or Ogden!
We are seeking committed volunteers to serve as Warehouse Assistants, Donation Ambassadors, and Showroom Organizers! You would help unload donations, polish them up, price them, and/or organize them on the sales floor. Donations include housewares, furniture, building materials, books, dishware, etc.
Morning and afternoon shifts are available Monday through Saturday.
The ReStore allows Cape Fear Habitat to provide household items at below market cost while protecting the environment by recycling items in good condition that might otherwise end up in the landfill.

How to Apply
Please complete an online volunteer application using the blue boxes located towards the top of our volunteer page. If you would like to receive our weekly volunteer update e-mails, make sure you check the “electronic newsletter” option in the e-mail preferences section of the application. You can also find general volunteer information on this page.
We use an online scheduling system that allows volunteers to view the calendar and sign up for shifts at their convenience. Once your application is processed, you will receive an e-mail with all the instructions needed to log into the online system. Volunteer applications are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Applications submitted after 3 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
