    Description

    United For Human Dignity is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to cultivate, engage, and steward relationships with donors to ensure ongoing financial support for our mission. The ideal candidate has strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for nonprofit development and donor stewardship.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research donor prospects and support major gift cultivation efforts.
    • Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, foundations, and major gift supporters.
    • Coordinate donor appreciation efforts, including personalized thank-you messages, impact reports, and recognition events.
    • Track and manage donor information, contributions, and interactions using a donor database.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in donor relations, nonprofit fundraising, development, or a related field.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to develop creative and meaningful donor engagement initiatives.
    • Detail-oriented with experience managing donor databases and tracking contributions.
    • Knowledge of fundraising platforms, CRM systems, or donor management tools is a plus.
