Celestial Manna is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President of Supply Chain to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency, optimizing logistics, and implementing best practices in supply chain management. Job Objectives

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with Celestial Manna's goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistic professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, finance and operations teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance optimization.
• Develop and manage relationships with community partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in supply chain practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior leader in supply chain management, preferably in food distribution or non-profit
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with supply chain technologies and systems.

Schedule: Flexible Hours - Fully Remote
