🌍 About the Role

We are seeking a UX Researcher Team Lead to guide our research efforts and ensure a heart-centered, user-first approach to building an intuitive and transformative digital wellness platform. You will lead a team of UX researchers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion a user-centered design strategy that aligns with our mission of holistic healing, conscious connection, and global transformation.

🌿 Key Responsibilities

User Research & Insights

• Lead UX research initiatives to deeply understand the needs, behaviors, and aspirations of holistic practitioners, seekers, and conscious businesses.
• Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that drive design decisions and platform improvements.

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of UX researchers to ensure high-quality, heart-centered research practices.
• Develop research frameworks that align with our mission of holistic wellness and conscious community-building.
• Collaborate with leadership, designers, and developers to ensure research findings are embedded in the platform’s evolution.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with wellness practitioners, event organizers, and holistic business owners to co-create an intuitive, meaningful user experience.
• Advocate for soulful UX design and ensure research insights support authentic connection, trust, and ease of use.
• Present research findings through engaging storytelling, reports, and workshops to align teams on user needs.

Methodology & Testing

• Conduct A/B testing, card sorting, and usability studies to refine features such as booking systems, community tools, and holistic service directories.
• Develop detailed user personas and journey maps tailored to different wellness paths (e.g., healers, seekers, spiritual entrepreneurs).
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess engagement, identify usability pain points, and optimize user experiences.

Continuous Improvement & Ethical Research

• Stay informed on emerging UX trends, mindful design principles, and wellness technology innovations.
• Ensure research processes honor privacy, energetic boundaries, and ethical data collection in alignment with holistic values.
• Foster a culture of co-creation, inclusivity, and accessibility to serve a diverse global audience.

🌎 Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills:

✅ User Research Expertise – Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

✅ Human-Centered Design Thinking – Deep empathy for user needs in spiritual, wellness, and conscious communities.

✅ Data Analysis & Usability Testing – Ability to interpret behavioral insights and translate them into soulful, user-friendly solutions.

✅ Strategic Leadership – Experience leading research teams, managing projects, and driving user-centered innovation.

✅ Holistic & Intuitive UX Approach – Understanding of healing modalities, mindfulness, and conscious business ecosystems.

✅ Collaboration & Communication – Strong ability to translate research into compelling narratives and influence cross-functional teams.

✅ Tech & Tools Proficiency – Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, UserTesting, Figma, Miro, and accessibility testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.

🌱 Background in the Wellness Industry – Deep personal or professional connection with holistic healing, mindfulness, or spiritual entrepreneurship.
