Do you love planning unforgettable events? The DMV Music Alliance is looking for creative and organized Event Planners to bring our in-person events to life! From music showcases and fundraisers to networking mixers, wellness events, and career development conferences—you’ll be at the heart of making it all happen.

What You’ll Do

🎤 Plan and coordinate epic in-person and hybrid events.

🎶 Work with artists, vendors, and venues to create seamless experiences.

📅 Manage event logistics, timelines, and team coordination.

🤝 Collaborate with our team to ensure each event aligns with our mission.

✨ Bring fresh ideas to the table and make every event engaging & impactful.

What You Bring

✅ A love for music, events, and community-building.

✅ Experience in event planning (bonus if it’s music-related!).

✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Must be based in the DMV area and available for in-person events.
