    Description

    Project Leads are the backbone of our pro-bono project program. Project Leads have the opportunity to identify and work with a Bay Area nonprofit that they’re passionate about and lead a team in delivering a high impact project for their chosen nonprofit. This role is a great way to practice and/or grow your leadership, project management, and team management skills.

    What do project leads do?

    • Scope projects with local nonprofit organizations that provide tangible deliverables on a clear timeline
    • Work with Full Circle staff to recruit a team to execute on the project
    • Develop a deep and meaningful relationship with a nonprofit organization and act as their primary point of contact in the program
    • Facilitate the successful execution of a project

    Desired Attributes

    • Reliability
    • Able to work independently and ask for help when needed
    • Hold yourself accountable to a timeline and goals
    • Be a proactive communicator
    • Project management/team management experience
    • In a professional, academic, or volunteering setting
    • Prior volunteering experience
