    About STEM Canada:

    STEM Canada is a registered not-for-profit global program specializing in advanced STEM-based educational curricula that emphasize the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school, with a mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, preparing students for globally competitive results.

    Position Overview:

    The Homeopathy Teaching Assistant supports faculty in teaching courses that explore the principles and practices of homeopathic medicine, including case-taking, remedy selection, and holistic patient care.

    Location: Remote

    Start Time: Jan 6, 2025

    Time Commitment: 2 to 6 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Simulation Support: Assist in conducting virtual demonstrations and role-playing exercises on homeopathic consultation and remedy selection.
      • Teaching Support: Lead online discussions, facilitate group activities, and assist with course materials on topics such as homeopathic philosophy, materia medica, and clinical applications.
      • Grading: Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams, and maintain student records.
      • Student Assistance: Provide clarification and support for students’ understanding of homeopathic concepts, methodologies, and practical applications.
      • Resource Development: Help create educational materials, including case studies, remedy profiles, and guides on effective homeopathic practices.

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Homeopathy, Alternative Medicine, or a related field; graduate students preferred.
      • Strong understanding of homeopathic principles, remedy preparation, and holistic healthcare practices.
      • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
      • Ability to communicate homeopathic concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
