Fundraising Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing fundraising events, campaigns, and sponsorships.
• Reach out to local businesses and community members for donations and sponsorships.
• Help create and distribute promotional materials for fundraising efforts.
• Assist with grant writing and other funding opportunities.
• Track and manage donor contributions and acknowledgments.
• Work with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives on social media and other platforms.

Helping Where Needed Responsibilities:

• Help with ticket sales, concessions, and audience coordination during performances.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, making phone calls, and handling paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming theatre environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for the arts and a willingness to support young performers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community members.
• Dependability and enthusiasm for helping where needed.
• Experience in fundraising, event planning, or community outreach (preferred but not required).
• No prior theatre experience necessary—just a heart for supporting the arts!
