    Description

    A Human Resources (HR) Supervisor oversees the daily operations of an organization's HR department, managing activities like recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating with other departments to address workforce needs; essentially acting as a bridge between employees and management by interpreting company policies and addressing concerns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

      • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees.

    Employee Relations:

      • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, investigate complaints, and enforce company policies to maintain a positive work environment.

    Performance Management:

      • Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, identify training needs, and implement performance improvement plans.

    Training and Development:

      • Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, including new hire orientation and ongoing professional development.

    Benefits:

    Compliance:
