Virtuous Database Manager (Volunteer Role)

Reach for Resources is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people of all abilities to reach their full potential. We provide support, services, and recreation opportunities to individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy volunteer to help manage and maintain our donor and contact database in Virtuous. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems, and data integrity, and wants to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update contact and donor information in Virtuous
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records
• Assist with donor tagging, segmentation, and list generation
• Help streamline workflows and organize campaign tracking
• Collaborate with development and events teams for campaign reporting and follow-up
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow privacy protocols

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CRM systems; Virtuous experience a big plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in data entry or donor management is preferred, but not required
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of donor information
