Additional Benefits:
By volunteering at an orphanage, you'll not only be helping children in need, but you'll also be enriching your own life in countless ways.
Volunteer Schedule
Volunteers are required to work from Monday to Friday, either in the morning form 8 am to 1 pm or afternoon from 2pm to 7pm.
Volunteer Period and Certification
The minimum volunteer commitment is one month, but you can extend your stay in weekly increments. Upon completion, you'll receive a certification signed by the orphanage director and the volunteer program director. This certification can be valuable for internships and future job applications. We can also provide references upon request from universities or workplaces.
Funding and Program Costs
Our program operates independently, without government or NGO funding. Program members are not financially dependent on volunteer contributions. To cover operational costs, volunteers make a contribution, the details of which are explained on our website: https://volunteerinsouthamerica.com/accomodation-contibutions.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the program or contributions.
