Qualifications for volunteers:
1.Passion for supporting teenage mothers and advocating for their rights.
2.Empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by young mothers.
3.Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with teenage girls.
4.Knowledge or experience in education, counseling, or mentorship.
Responsibilities of volunteers:
1.Provide tuition support and academic assistance to teenage mothers.
2.Assist in fundraising efforts to support the educational needs of the girls.
3.Conduct counseling and mentorship sessions to provide emotional support and guidance.
4.Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for the girls to feel comfortable and supported.
5.Help teenage mothers navigate life issues such as parenting, career planning, and personal development.
6.Collaborate with other volunteers and staff members to coordinate activities and programs effectively.
