As a Companion Volunteer, you will provide an array of services, support and companionship for patients with life-limiting illness and their families. Volunteers meet with patients in homes and facilities - bringing their time, unique talents, and kind hearts to create personal connections. Volunteers provide no personal daily care, but instead, review life, play cards, listen, and talk about family experiences. In if a home setting, the volunteer may also do light housework while giving the caregiver the chance to run errands, attend appointments, or rest.

VOLUNTEER'S NEEDED!
Volunteering is very flexible! One to three hours each month can make a huge difference in a life of a patient and their families.
Heart to Heart Hospice is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to help our team make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Many opportunities are available including:
Patient visits - Give direct support to patients and families. Show them that they are cared for and their lives and quality of life matter. You can share memories with them, play music, read to them, watch their favorite show or just sit at the bedside and hold their hand.
