Are you passionate about saving homeless animals in New York and helping families keep their beloved pets? Join Voices for Shelter Animals mission and make a direct impact! We’re seeking dedicated, animal-loving volunteers for the following roles:

1. Government Outreach Volunteer
2. Help us reach decision-makers by gathering contact information for elected officials. You’ll access government websites, collect emails or contact links, and may make occasional calls to offices. Strong organizational skills and basic computer skills (copy/paste) are needed. A laptop or desktop computer will be essential.
3. Resource Research Volunteer
4. Assist us in compiling a comprehensive resource list for pet owners, making it easier for people to find support and keep their pets. This role requires online research to identify resources and services, then adding them into a document.
5. Veterinary Services Volunteer
6. Help families keep their pets by researching veterinary services and compiling pricing information. This involves calling clinics to gather details on services, then organizing the information in a document.

We’re looking for reliable, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented volunteers with experience in online research. This is a virtual opportunity, so you can help from anywhere. For calls, please ensure you have unlimited long-distance calling.
