    Volunteer Grant Writer (Remote, Flexible Hours)

    About Us:

    Un/Do Mindset is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming mental health support through innovative programs, community engagement, and evidence-based resources. We work to eliminate stigma and create accessible pathways to mental wellness for all.

    Position Overview:

    We're seeking a passionate and skilled Volunteer Grant Writer to join our team remotely. This role will be instrumental in securing funding to expand our mental health initiatives and support services. The position offers flexible hours to accommodate your schedule while making a meaningful impact on mental health awareness and accessibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with grant researcher to identify grant opportunities aligned with Un/Do Mindset's mission and programs
    • Draft compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents
    • Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information for applications
    • Maintain a grants calendar to track submission deadlines and reporting requirements
    • Assist with post-award reporting and documentation
    • Participate in virtual team meetings as scheduling permits

    Qualifications:

    • Previous grant writing experience or strong writing skills
    • Excellent research abilities and attention to detail
    • Understanding of or interest in mental health issues and advocacy
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Proficiency with common software applications and online research tools

    Time Commitment:

    • Flexible hours based on your availability
    • Estimated 5-10 hours per week
    • Minimum commitment of 3 months
