    Job Title: Fundraising Director

    Location: Front Range Food Pantry (FRFP), Castle Rock, CO

    Type: Volunteer, Part-time, Non-exempt

    Reports to: Marketing Director

    About Front Range Food Pantry (FRFP):

    Front Range Food Pantry is a non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating hunger in our community. We provide food assistance and support services to individuals and families in need. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food, regardless of their circumstances.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual for the position of Fundraising Director at our non-profit food pantry. The Fundraising Director will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of our fundraising initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Fundraising Strategy:

    - Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the pantry's mission.

    - Create annual fundraising plans with specific goals, objectives, and strategies.

    - Research potential funding sources such as grants, corporate partnerships, individual donors etc.

    2. Donor Cultivation & Relationship Management:

    - Identify prospective donors through research and networking.

    - Cultivate relationships with donors by maintaining regular communication and providing updates on pantry activities.

    - Collaborate with board members, executive director etc., in donor stewardship efforts.

    3. Events & Campaigns:

    - Organize fundraising events such as galas, auctions or online campaigns

    - Coordinate marketing/communication efforts for events/campaigns

    - Oversee volunteer recruitment/training  related activities

    4. Grant Management:

    - Identify grant opportunities; prepare compelling grant applications/proposals

    - Track deadlines/reporting requirements; follow up on progress/outcomes

    5. Donor Database Management :

    - Maintain accurate donor databases using CRM software

    - Ensure data integrity by updating contact information,donation history etc.,

    6. Financial Reporting & Analysis :

     - Prepare reports summarizing fundraising activities/results

     - Analyze fundraising data trends; identify areas for improvement

    7 .Collaboration & Communication :

    - Collaborate regularly with executive director/board members/staff on funding priorities/goals

      - Provide regular updates/reports on fund development activities

    Qualifications:

    1.Bachelor's degree in business administration/non-profit management or related field preferred but not mandatory.

    2.Proven experience in fund development roles (e.g.,fundraiser,fundraising manager) within non-profit sector preferred  

    3.Excellent communication/presentation skills ;ability build strong relationships

    4.Ability work independently while also collaborating well within team environment

    5.Strong organizational/project management skills ;detail-oriented approach 

    6.Knowledge of current trends/best practices in fund development/fundraising techniques 

    7.Passion about social causes/non-profit work
