    Description

RISE is a juvenile court mentoring program dedicated to supporting youth ages 12 and older who are either involved in the court system or at risk of becoming involved. Through consistent one-on-one connections between mentors and mentees—meeting for at least four hours each month—and monthly events designed to offer new, positive experiences, RISE fosters meaningful relationships and growth opportunities. Participation is entirely voluntary, empowering youth to engage in a supportive, non-mandated environment that encourages personal development and resilience.

We are looking for DMV residents over the age of 21, able to pass a background check, and able to commit to working with a student for 1 hour a week for at least a year. If you have a passion for changing young lives, sign up today!
