College students participating in our free volunteer abroad programs will benefit from Ssamba Foundation’s extensive experience in Uganda. No particular skills are required to volunteer with us and training is given locally but if you do have particular experience in areas relevant to your program then this will enhance your contribution.

Where will I be living?

Volunteers live in the beautiful rural side of Mukono in a volunteer house, just close to our projects. Volunteers will have their own bedroom and shared bathroom. Accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable.

Childcare, Construction work, Environment Conservation, Teaching, Youth work, Women empowerment, Sustainable livelihoods, Healthcare work, Microfinance work, Community development, Disabled Care, Sports and Games training, Music, Dance and Drama programs.
