Chaplain Opportunity at Sante Imanite

Sante Imanite is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as volunteer Chaplains. We are committed to providing spiritual support and humanitarian relief to those in need, guided by Christian principles while serving people from all backgrounds and beliefs.

Position Overview:

As a volunteer Chaplain, you will offer spiritual care, emotional support, and crisis intervention to individuals and communities during times of need. Our chaplaincy program is rooted in Christian values, but we serve people of all faiths and those with no religious affiliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals in crisis
• Offer non-judgmental listening and counseling
• Assist in humanitarian relief efforts
• Participate in community outreach programs
• Collaborate with other volunteers and staff members
• Provide non-religious emotional and psychological aid to individuals who may not identify with any particular religion

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to Christian principles and values
• Willingness to serve people from all backgrounds and beliefs
• Ability to provide non-religious support to those who do not identify with any faith tradition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Previous experience in chaplaincy, counseling, or related fields is preferred but not required
