Mentor Girls from Underserved Communities – Volunteer Remotely

🌍 About Us:

WeSpeak Mentoring is an online program that connects girls from disadvantaged communities in India and Pakistan to professional women around the world. Our mission is to empower girls through knowledge, skills, and confidence so they can pursue meaningful careers and economic independence.

💡 Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate, committed women professionals who want to make a real difference by mentoring a girl in our program. As a mentor, you’ll guide your mentee through a structured curriculum focused on career discovery, goal setting, and soft skills development.

👩‍🏫 Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3 virtual mentoring sessions (spread over 6 weeks) based on your schedule
• Offer guidance and support on education, career, and personal development
• Encourage your mentee to set achievable goals
• Provide feedback and share your professional journey

🙋 Who We’re Looking For:

• Women professionals from any industry
• Fluent in English, Hindi or Urdu
• Previous mentoring or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have access to a phone or internet to connect via WhatsApp or Zoom
