    Description

Volunteers are needed Wednesday, October 31 through Monday, November 4, 2024.

Many weekend shifts are available, but we are in need of many volunteers for concierge service for unloading clans/vendors all day Friday and at night for all areas for our Viking Night! Concert, Saturday and Sunday all positions, and Monday for take down.

Our Festival takes a whole year to plan and organize in order to bring this unique cultural event weekend to Tucson. In the final planning days your help is needed the most. Do you want a chance to do something for our community and have fun at the same time? By volunteering you can fulfill community service time requirements, meet new people, form new connections, and immerse yourself in Celtic culture.

The benefits of volunteering for the Festival are graduated based on the length of time you spend working:

    • ONE 4-hour shift: Receive a FREE Festival volunteer t-shirt (while quantities last), breakfast or lunch in the Volunteer Tent, and an invitation to the

Volunteer Appreciation After Party on Sunday after the Festival closes. Come have a wonderful time with Clans, Athletes, Bands, other volunteers, and all the board members.

    • TWO 4-hour shifts: In addition to the above, receive an admission for one day of the Festival (Saturday or Sunday)

plus a free 2025 membership to TCFA.
